Contracting:
When you decide to rent the property, you should prepare the deposit ( Normally, the deposit is equal to 01 month of rental charge to secure the renting). This is necessary as some owner has new customers with better offers and they may change the mind .
The contract shall be drafted by the agent , He will send you and the owner for agreement before signing. Remember to check all details of equipment and furniture, maintenance terms… All the conditions should be clear with the owner before the signing.
When the contract is signed, you will make the payment to the owner and set the time for moving in with the owner ( The agent will help you with that work).
All the paper works : Taxes, renting permit, residential registration… The owner and the agent will do with Vietnam authorities. The tenants are free from that works.

Renting duration:
During the renting period, you can contact the agent for any problems you have. He will help you to settle or request the owner to settle.
