Thanks to Ms Thu me and my colleague managed to find the perfect house for us in Hai Ba Trung district.

Ms Thu did an excellent job in taking time and showing us different properties. Once we decided for a house she assisted us in negotiations with the landlord and everything was very professional.

Even after we moved in she kept in contact to make sure everything is fine.

Due to Hanoi's idiosyncratic landladies we've moved moved house three times in the last 8 months, and Golden Ant Housing (and Miss Thu especially) were by far the best housing agents we contacted.

She actually listened to what we wanted and worked hard to find something suitable and , when pushed, was willing to help negotiate prices and improvements with landlords.

Surprisingly, once we'd given our price range (from $500 - $800) Thu showed us houses that actually were from $500 to $800! Not, as most agencies do, from $800 - $1300.
